Hardware Order Request: All departmental computer purchases must be approved using the Hardware Order Request Form. You may fill this form out prior to placing your order, or you can come in to the store and we will assist you in completing it. Once you have completed the form and had it signed, please fax it directly to 974-3668 (instead of the number on the form).

We can sell only to University of Tennessee departments, students, staff, and faculty for their personal use. Products may not be purchased for resale. Proof of eligibility is required.
