
The UT Campus Computer Store is an Apple Authorized Reseller and Repair shop. We offer nearly all of Apple's hardware and software products at special student discount pricing and our repair staff is qualified to handle most issues which might arise.

The prices we offer to students and falculty in-store are typically the same as you would find on Apple's own Education website. However, from time to time we have special promotions and deals which can only be found in-house.

The machines which we have in-house are preconfigured to Apple's default specifications. We are able to upgrade RAM and Hard Drives in-house, however doing so means the replaced components are no longer covered by AppleCare, and rather covered by the manufacturer. We use Kingston RAM which comes with a Lifetime Warranty, and typically either Western Digital, Hitachi or Seagate Hard Drives.
If you wish to have a machine custom configured, either with a larger HD covered by AppleCare or an increase screen size/resolution or processor speed, please follow these instructions:
We only accept personal web orders from students and faculty who are off-campus. If you are local, please come by the store to place an order. If you would like to custom order a Mac, simply add the printout of the custom configuration to the list of items you return to us in the below instruction sets:

Neither setup includes the installation of Adobe Software, and we also do not set your machine up to access UT's wireless network. To do that, the student must log onto NetReg and register their machine on the network. It is recommended that if you get a Boot Camp or VM setup, you register the machine when using the Mac OSX side, as you will avoid having to install all of the additional software OIT recommends for Windows-based Machines.
